Love 'em or hate 'em, faucets are the easiest, most reliable way to get free crypto. This is probably the best place to start.
I can't fairly call anything on this list "passive" income, as faucets require you come back to them regularly and perform some action to claim rewards. They are, however, the best place to start if you don't know for sure what crypto you want to invest in and/or if you have no startup capital with which to acquire assets.
Project aimed at creating a utopian community through crypto.
ZoloUs provides its users with 500 Hydra (HDA) for referring and being referred to the program, as well as 380 Hydra just for logging in each day. This daily Hydra is referred to by the project as "Universal Basic Income" and seeks to create an economy where people are able to invest in the future rather than just their next billing cycle. Hydra will be available to trade on exchanges by December 2020, when the mobile app goes live. At that time, the projected value of Hydra will be USD$1.20. I have my concerns about the project's sustainability, but there is nothing to lose in signing up and logging in once a day. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.
ZEN faucet that pairs with Horizon Wallet service
This faucet, like the next two, pays higher if you link social media accounts to it, use Brave Browser (which you can find on this site), and use the prescribed wallet. Good news is you don't have to come back but once per day.
ZEC/ PIVX faucet, no specific wallet.
Same as above, but with ZEC and PIVX.
ZEC faucet like the first two
Another faucet in the family of the first two entries. Simple, once a day, etc.
Hourly faucet, PTC ads, shortlinks and offerwalls for Bitcoin.
Yup, another captcha faucet. I know there are a ton of these and they take forever, but there's no sense in letting a potential opportunity go to waste. Once I get through some of the more promising listings, I'll start upgrading memberships to these things to see if it's worth the time and effort.
Credit to Worm for their post on Publish0x for my being able to find this little gem. BTCCaptcha offers a wide variety of crypto to earn and each one requires you to solve one of three types of captcha:
Raincaptcha: ten seconds between solves, where you select the shapes being made by the funny little moving pixels
ReCaptcha: I hate me some ReCaptcha, in which you select pictures from a list or series of lists, but there is no wait between sovles
SolveMedia: my personal favorite, just type the words you see as fast as you can or select the answer to the question from a dropdown menu, with no wait between solves (I can knock out about 2000 of these per hour)
There are, of course, varying minimum withdrawal amounts from one crypto to the next. Some types can only be withdrawn to a direct wallet, but if you have an account at faucetpay.io, and you absolutely should, you can withdraw supporte crypto there at much lower minimums. So, get over to BTCCaptcha and start earning your favorite coin or token!
Pays in TRX with lots of ways to earn
I like to open a new window to watch paid videos on mute, but that's because I hate surveys and non-free offers. All you have to do is solve a captcha now and then to prove you're still watching.
Plenty of ads and offers to earn some BTC
Not much to say about this one. You can watch ads, click shortlinks, complete offerwall tasks...you know, the usual.
Multi-faucet with 22 supported crypto assets and browser mining capability
Okay, so there's a lot going on here, but the primary focus should be the ability to mine autoclaim tokens. As long as you're doing that, you should be able to maintain at least one faucet without having to claim manually. This one is as close as you'll get to a passive income faucet that I know of.
5 minutes, 5 satoshi
Fast faucet with all the usual bells and whistles. One satoshi per minte isn't too bad, but it's annoying to me to have to claim every five minutes. I have other stuff to do with my life. Maybe you don't. If not, head over to Claimsats and go nuts.
